Early Birds is a recently established warehouse situated in Warana's industrial estate, convenient to both Caloundra and Maroochydore. 

The warehouse presents an attractive blend of raw industrial elements with modern architectural design. The open plan layout is bathed in natural light through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing the presence of vast raw concrete walls and floors, a 6-meter copper bar, and a spacious communal area. Separate to the ground floor, Early Birds has a newly constructed 70m2 mezzanine, overlooking the void to the communal area below. A private office is being constructed in the rear corner of the mezzanine.

Early Birds draws design inspiration from shared experiences across Australia, Malaysia, USA, Mexico and Europe. Using majority recycled materials with contrasting finishes, a unique, stylish, and versatile space has been created.
